Would it be possible for visitors to search into the directory by city, and not by country?
Maybe an option could be created that will let the directory owner enter the city names, which can be used when someone signs up, which then divides submittions by city. I think this is essential for someone who is making a directory for their local community.

Could you make to charge a sales percentage? Like 10% or any percentage set from admin area of the sold product amount.

I like to use the RealtorPress system to list vacation rentals and a booking calendar (with search feature based on availability) would be a great addition. Btw, there are 1-2 vacation rental scripts in the market and they are not up to date.

couponpress relies on icodes and forme sites when it could deal more directly with affiliate networks and grab feeds from accounts and proccess them if templates where made up for each network and can be done on top ones, any extra the owner could do and with icodes it is more costly and time consuming before getting any feeds because when new is added you have to make sure they are not joined status this would be a great feature and would have no monthly costs to third party

In categories (summary page) it would be really useful to be able to display the full address and phone number underneath each listing.

If we were given the option to display more custom fields under the listings (summary page), that would probably be all thats needed to accomplish this.

This would tie in well the the suggestion 'Full address to show up together.'

If there are separate fields for 'state' 'city' 'suburb' 'zip/post code' 'street' 'number' then it would be easier to use the sorting features. Sort by city for example.

Ok, so it would be great if the user could choose whether to make their listing a recurring monthly/quarterly/yearly subscription or a once off payment for 30/60/90/365 days or just allow the user to choose how many months they want to pay for.

Customisable discounts should be offered for people who choose to list for periods longer than 1 month.

Maybe a system of + x% off per month payed, up to a year.
